Location : The PG is conveniently located in Simar Enclave, near Green Valley, LPU, Maheru, Punjab 144411 , making it easy to access public transport, grocery stores, and other essential amenities. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, perfect for both students and working professionals.
Comfort and amenities : The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and offer a comfortable living experience. The beds are cozy, and the storage space is ample. I appreciate the high-speed Wi-Fi, which is reliable throughout my stay, making it easy to work or study from home. The PG also offers TV, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, which adds to the convenience.
Safety : Security is top-notch, with CCTV cameras installed throughout the premises.
Value for Money : Given the location, facilities, and overall experience, I found the rent to be very reasonable. It offers great value for money, especially when compared to other accommodations in the area.
